At L2 Brands, we want you to love your apparel; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. All original tags must be attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or via the confirmation email.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a notification once our warehouse processes your return and issues your refund.
